With an over 30-year-career in recruitment and 20 years spent crafting his expertise in resource solutions for the global automation industry, Dave Anderton has a proven track record of delivering top-tier services to clients and contractors in high demand fields such as Automation Engineering and beyond.  

As AtomTech’s Director of Resources, Dave pulls from this experience - and his inclination to think outside of the box - to further develop and grow the company’s client-facing services and solutions as well as its internal resources, including visa processes, technical advancements, talent networking, and more.  

When he’s not busy strategizing how to ensure multi-stakeholder success, Dave is a single parent to 4 and dad to 6 amazing kids. He spends most of his free time looking after his family and autistic daughter. He loves rock music, a good book, a good game of Rugby and is a passionate Manchester united football fan.
