Chuck has previously served as Senior Manager, Executive Director, and Vice President at leading companies such as General Motors, Consumers Energy, and National Pride Equipment.  Chuck was instrumental in building balanced scorecards with key performance indicators to guide management decisions. He also led several operational excellence teams, delivering on the implementation of hundreds of continuous improvement ideas.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University.  

He oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring business efficiency while working with senior management developing and implementing growth-based business plans. 

Outside of work, Chuck spends most of his time enjoying outdoor activities like hunting, camping, and boating.
